We provide online and face-to-face courses in a wide range of subject areas and software, to students and researchers of all levels. Our training will enable you to work smarter, and help you produce an outstanding piece of academic work/research that will impress your examiners and peer reviewers. Courses are taught by experienced academic professionals and researchers– we don’t just teach, we’re actively engaged in the process ourselves and understand the challenges involved.
Our online courses are presented live and you can ask the facilitator questions in real time as you learn. You don’t need any special software to attend – just click a link and you’ll be in the course. Any course can be customised for your requirement – contact us to discuss your requirements.
We can arrange individual tuition, or you can purchase a recording of a previous session to watch at your convenience. We’d like to make it as easy as possible for you to upskill in the areas you need – just let us know what we can do to help!

We provide live online training courses so that you can attend wherever you are. All you’ll need is an internet connection and some kind of computer – be it laptop, desktop or mobile device. The courses are run in real time so even though we can’t see you, we can immediately respond to your questions as we go through the course.
No special equipment is required to attend our courses, but you will need a stable internet connection. If you’re in an open plan office you might like to wear headphones, and if you’re attending one of our software courses then having dual monitors can be helpful (but isn’t a requirement). On the day, simply click your unique link to attend (this will have been emailed through to you beforehand) and this will connect you to the session.
Students and Researchers at all stages of the academics/research process who need to learn a new skill for a specific project or prepare for any examination make use of our training sessions. Course attendees are from a wide range of disciplines, and while many of those we work with are from academic backgrounds, we also assist corporate and public sector researchers.
Cancellations or postponements must be notified at least two working days prior to the day of the course. Cancellations received within two working days will not be refunded. You are welcome to send a colleague in your place if you are no longer able to attend.
We’re researchers too, so you can be rest assured that any data or other information we view will be kept confidential.
